As my co-writer once pointed out, there aren’t very many options when it comes to sunglasses. Unless you’re prepared to defend yourself, your best bet is to find a nice, simple pair that fits your face. No sparkles, rhinestones, shutter shades (Kanye) or ostentatious logos, please.

Since the death of the aviator, the Ray Ban Wayfarer has been the way to go for most. They are classic and therefore always acceptable, but never shy away from something new.
