For the men's half, Lanvin went with George Barnett (centre slouch), current Hedi muse and lead singer of indie rock band du jour, These New Puritans.Out of curiosity I downloaded their album, Beat Pyramid, and was virtually transported to the front row of a Dior Homme show circa 2005. Wonderful. Anyway, if you fancy the Libertines and other fashion-affixed bands you're sure to like these lads.
As for the ad, the preponderance of black and glaring figures could have been menacing, but it comes off as very innocent, very cute, and very Charlot.
